Walk Through
- Speak to Aun Teriona at 41.3N, 75.3W north of Bluespire. Note that he will direct you to kill carenzis appropriate to your level, however you can kill any of the five, pick up the liver to begin the quest and get the title/xp/writ. You must have spoken to him at least once though before beginning.
- Aun Teriona will tell you a specific type of Carenzi to hunt based on your level, however you can hunt any of them.
- Kill the Carenzi until one drops a liver (it drops on the ground beside the corpse). Use the liver (nothing is actually picked up), and your timer will begin. Continue killing the same type, using livers as they drop. You need to pick up a fixed number within the 2 hour time limit to complete the quest. You get an XP reward as soon as you finish, but you must return to Aun Teriona to receive your Writ of Refuge and your new title.
Warning: The 2 hour timer continues to count down even if you are logged out.

You look for any sign of illness, but this liver looks healthy.
If you fail to complete the task:
You look closely at this liver, and realize that it is too late! The plague has spread too far, and you have condemned a portion of the carenzi population to horrible, slow, painful deaths.
