- To progress on to the sewers you must first kill Phantoms in the pit below the bridge, once you receive the following message you can then use the portal:
- Phantom's ethereal energies wash over you as its form dissipates into nothingness. You feel changed somehow.
- During the Infiltration event, the upper level restriction was removed (was 60-??).
