The quest Mukkir Awakening may reference the following quest:

Necklace of the Golden Flame Quest

also called Targor's Awakening

The only other reference I could find of Mukkir Awakening was in the June 2006 Letter to the Players:

"For the Mukkir Awakening quest players should now speak with Riordin Nightbane instead of Sarkin Killcrane."

Pretty Vague I know.
