Nuhmudira

Character

Nuhmudira is a major villain in Asheron's Call. She is a Milantan mage, though she passes herself as Gharu'ndim. She has a strong distrust of Asheron and all Empyreans, fearing that if the Yalain return it will be the end of the Isparians. To that end, she practices Blood Magic and other Emyprean magics in hopes to provide Isparians with the means to defend against Empyreans.

She was once leader of the Arcanum and member of Elysa's Royal Council. She was removed from those positions after her use of dark magics was discovered. She has since tried to undermine Elysa and Asheron, even attempting to kill them, in order to gain control of the Isparians on Dereth. She helped Varicci II create his augmented army and bring down the Fiun Barrier. Recently, she has formed and is the leader of the society known as the Radiant Blood.
