Obsidian Plains

The Obsidian Plain is the black circle in the SW Direlands of Dereth. It was apparently formed when an Überly-powerful magic spell was mis-cast, causing a catastrophic accident that formed the plain. There is a massive, perfectly-round crater in the center of that plain, and in the center of that crater is a significant landmark that the scribe does not remember at this time.
