Notes

Arcane Lore is used to activate enchantments on items, and occasionally used as a wield requirement to equip items.

Arcane Lore was previously used to learn spells from scrolls. However, this check moved from Arcane Lore to the specific magic skill in the Castling event, when the magic system was overhauled.
