Casts the following spells: Return to the Keep, Celcynd's Blessing, Major Focus, Inner Calm, Major Item Enchantment Aptitude, Minor Willpower, Major Magic Resistance, Mind Blossom Activation Requirements: Arcane Lore: 275 Spellcraft: 450 Mana: 1000 Mana Cost: 1 point per 20 seconds.

• To obtain this wand you must first complete the Shadow-touched Virindi Paradox Kill Quest, Shadow-touched Virindi Quidiox Kill Quest, Virindi Paradoxes Kill Quest, and Virindi Quidioxes Kill Quest. Combine the Ornate Brass Banding and the Carved Wooden Shaft to make an Uncapped Magic Scepter. Combine the Uncapped Magic Scepter with the Hardened Blue Crystal to make an Unpowered Magic Scepter. Finally, combine the Unpowered Magic Scepter with the Barely Comprehensible Magic Scroll to make the Scepter of the Portal Currents. When used, the sceptre will portal you to Candeth Keep.
