- To obtain this wand you must first complete the Shadow-touched Virindi Paradox Kill Quest, Shadow-touched Virindi Quidiox Kill Quest, Virindi Paradoxes Kill Quest, and Virindi Quidioxes Kill Quest.
Walk Through
- Combine the Ornate Brass Banding and the Carved Wooden Shaft to make an Uncapped Magical Scepter.
- Combine the Uncapped Magical Scepter with the Hardened Blue Crystal to make an Unpowered Magical Scepter.
