Olthoi Shield (Loot)

Only found as random loot in the Mana Forge Chests, these shields are Unenchantable and similar to covenant. They can be tinkered for protections, but cannot have their AL improved with steel. Also like covenant, they have a missle, melee, or magic base requirement.
