Walk Through

Shield

Head to the Northern Infiltrator Keep (25+) at 15.4N, 5.0E, near Zaikhal.
Proceed to the end of the dungeon and destroy the Northern Infiltrator Master.
Loot the Shield of the Simulacra, and if desired the Northern Infiltrator Message Shard and the Amuli armor.

Helm

Head to the Southern Infiltrator Keep (25+) at 52.3S 24.9E, near Khayyaban.
Proceed to the end of the dungeon and destroy the Southern Infiltrator Master.
Loot the Helm of the Simulacra, and if desired the Southern Infiltrator Message Shard and the Amuli armor.

Orb

Head to The Asteliary (35+) at 10.2S, 17.5E, near Samsur.
Proceed to the end of the dungeon and destroy The Crafter.
Loot the Asteliary Orb, and if desired the Asteliary Crafter's Message Shard and the Amuli armor.

Imbuing

Head to The Asteliary (35+) at 10.2S, 17.5E, near Samsur.
Proceed to the end of the dungeon and destroy The Crafter.
Loot the Asteliary Gem.
Combine the gem with the Shield, Helm, or Orb to upgrade it. Note: The timer to pick up the gem is 30 days, however the gem is tradeable so it can be acquired with other characters. Only imbue the item with the character who you intend to use it with - imbuing an item stamps it with a spells can only be activated by crafter restriction.
