• One of the Spectral Weapons, it is crafted by adding a Spectral Binding Stone sold by Hurnmel the Smith in Graveyard to a Spectral Staff (Casting). If you have one of the bugged versions from when it first came out, you can give it to the Jester for a new version.
• Note that some spectral weapons lose their 160+ req when made soul bound, this isn't one of them, it retains a 160 req.
