Tanada House of Water Orders
From the Tanada House of Water quest, introduced during the Ancient Enemies event. Obtained by letting Diyas al-Yat translate the message shard from the body of the Consul of the Tanada, and next handing the translation, Tanada House of Water Orders to Meshenq in Zaikhal.
Tanada Consul's Message Shard
This shard of black obsidian throbs with the unwholesome magical emanations of the chaotic Virindi.
This item cannot be read, but a scholar of the ways of the Virindi may be able to decode the message contained within.

Diyas al-Yat tells you, "Ah, a message shard from a Virindi Consul found in the southern land bridge? Most intriguing... Let me see if I can translate it for you..."
A strange, cold light emanates from the eyes of Diyas al-Yat as he concentrates on the message shard.
Diyas al-Yat gives you Tanada House of Water Orders.
Diyas al-Yat tells you, "I have translated the shard for you. You should bring that translation to Meshenq. He will know what to do with such dire news. Imagine, Nanjou Shou-Jen corrupted by the chaos Virindi! Such an abomination!"
Diyas al-Yat tells you, "Also, Meshenq has told me he gave you a medallion he took from the Tanada who attacked him. The medallion is attuned to the corrupted spirits of the House of Water Tanada. If you give it to me, I can channel its magic to make it useful to you, but I am afraid it will lose the property that grants you access to the House of Water. Not that you need to go to that foul place any more..."

Your portion of the Directive is to assume control of the human Tanada assassins in the facility they call "House of Water". By some artifact of their abstracted devotion to the physical properties of liquid, they are more malleable to manipulation than their associates. Once the House of Water has been turned, we may be able to use them to bind the other Tanada more completely to our cause, at least in two cases. The fourth House may require total eradication, but that will not be your portion of the Directive. We anticipate your success with what may be described as "eagerness' for a more complete conjunction between our goals and the blades of the Tanada. We warn you that the humans, especially those devoted to an entity known as "Ben Ten", will strive to disrupt your plans with their customary crudeness. Prepare your assassins to repulse the inevitable assault.
