Walkthrough
- Go to the dungeon A Cave located southwest of Cragstone at 24.2N, 43.2E. Once you enter the cave it is not necessary to talk to Tibri first you can just head down and get the spear.
- Route: From the Facility Hub, speak to the warden in the east wing and enter the Dangerous Cave portal.
- From the dungeon drop continue South and take your second right (West) and continue going down the ramp until you are in the rat infested room and the spear will be on the ground
- At the back of the room the spear is lying on the ground. Pick up the spear and return to to the beginning of the dungeon.
- From the three way split head down the middle hallway way (south). When it splits bear east and hug the right wall till you reach Tibri the Cavedweller. Hand the spear to Tibri for an experience reward. She will only examine the spear, not keep it.
- Note: Because the spear is givable, a higher level may obtain the spear and give it to a lower level. The lower level then just has to reach Tibri for the 50,000 exp, not retrieve the spear.

Notes
- During the Reforging the Past event, Tibri was updated to not keep the spear but instead only examine it. The quest also became part of the new Facility Hub Quests.
