Syntax

Usage

Use this to conveniently link to a specific version from a page's history. This is preferable to a hard link because it will not need to be updated if the wiki moves hosting (providing a complete database transfer takes place). Also it does not display the external link icon. This template defaults to the history of the page it is used on. If you wish to link to the history of another page, use Template:Page History which allows you to specify which page's history you want to use.

The oldid number can be found in the page links under the History tab for every page on the wiki.
