Greetings, Shin Ro. I am still here at the outpost, after all this time. How fares things with you in town? And do you have any more of that marvelous water? Nothing else tastes like it, except the rare Empyrean brews that find their way here sometimes.

- This text was obtained by speaking with Ji Ra Ping in the Nanto North Outpost. It is now retired.
- Shin Ro no longer accepts the letter and now directly gives you the Water Temple key instread.
- The letter is inscribed by the Naqib of Suntik. It is unknown why the Naqib of Suntik would inscribe this, and is likely an error, perhaps by basing this text off of the Letter of Request, which is (correctly) inscribed by the Naqib.
