Celdiseth sat down with Shoyanen in a despairing mood. How could his golems so quickly malfunctioned? Shoyanen tried to comfort him the best she could, but it was futile. And, Celdiseth had a point. No one else (save for Asheron) understood planar magic... and even HE was stumped; well, as stumped as an Empyrean can be.

There was a mysterious note left in the pile of glacial rubble in the south, penned by a certain Nerash. It seemed that Asheron knew this name and related the story of this General and his death on the battlefield. While he didn't tip his hand, Asheron hastened out of the Hebian-to sewers and disappeared.

Currently 4 of the 9 controllers have been destroyed. All lifestones on the mainland have been drained of their energies. Aggressive lifestone golems attack on sight, and they are tough as nails.

[Note that starter towns are unaffected, just in case you were wondering.]

New additions:

• Golem armor trade gems have lost some weight.
• Golem armor is tradeable now, but has a level requirement. Also, prices have been reduced.
• There is a new process to change the Set of a piece of armor, though it's expensive.
• Ultimate gems are now available to give even a larger boost to armor, clothing and jewelry.
