One of the Festival Grounds, this one located at 12.8S, 42.8E just a left of the drop to Yanshi.

It has a Farmer located in a tent, Chessboards, a few Target Drudges to practice on, and many more items to have a day out in the fields. A Wandering Bowyer can be found near the road leading to old Yanshi.
