General

Jaenyn, Stone Shaper, an undead NPC, is found at the top of this dungeon. He has no special significance to the quest besides lore. You can hand him the notes you've picked up so far and he will will respond to them.

At the end of this dungeon is an Untranslated Note that can be give to Xavier, Royal Guard (found outside the portal at 0.7N 44.7E) for 25,000,000 experience, 5 Gems of Stillness, and a MMD Trade Note (250,000).

A message appears when you enter the final passage containing the untranslated note:

Where once a tunnel carved by the digging claws and corrosive bile of the olthoi stood, a solid core of near impenetrable rock now stands. The sheer surface of the stone leads you to believe that the change to this passage has been made through some enhanced mystical means.
