Description
- A large Empyrean Lighthouse style tower located at 73.9S, 43.7W in the center of the NE crater in the South Direlands Craters.
- This tower cannot be accessed simply by running to its physical location on the map. You must complete a quest to gain access.
- This is the headquarters of Selaina the Subtle, a master assassin, and Creed, a middle man who sells several different items in exchange for MMDs.
