- In RE 274, a Gromnatross makes her aerie on the peaks of Cunara on Aerlinthe. She is named Aurlanaa by the people of the port.[2]
- In RE 895 Aurlanaa leaves her aerie on the peak of Cunara. She meets several other gromnatross south of Aerlinthe, and they ascend, disappearing into the heavens. No gromnatross are seen on Auberean for twenty-two years.[2]
- In TE 17 the gromnatross come down from the stars. Aurlanaa alights upon her aerie at Cunara.[2]
- She looks into the eye of Idhare Kelderam, a ward of Ithaenc Cathedral since her early 100's, and considered hopelessly mad. Kelderam lapses into unconsciousness. When she awakens, she weeps for a full day, and is afterwards restored in mind and spirit.[2]
- HE 348, after the extinction of the Adjanite Order by decree of Nali Valind and the subsequent desecration of Ithaenc Cathedral, Aurlanaa kills all the returning crusaders who come to worship her and departs Aerlinthe, never to be seen again.[3][2]She regarded the Sisters of Ithaenc as her sisters.[1]
- Aurlanaa abandoned her offspring when she flew away.[1] Now on the peaks of Cunara, one may still find a small colony of Ash Gromnies.[4](Note: these Ash Gromnies are by now replaced by stronger Gromnies, up to Adolescent Ash Gromnie. Gromnie do grow up, be it slowly...)
