Notes
- Located outside the entrance of the Black Market cave entrance at Freebooter Keep (64.2S 97.6E) and Northwatch Castle (81.5N 25.0E).
- Can only be used by any member of the controlling Faction. Can be used by NPK, PKLite, and PK alike.
- Casts all level VIII life protections that last for 90 minutes. There is a 30 second cool down timer between uses.
