Forum:Is there a list of mid-air towers?
I think I've been in a few mid-air towers a few times. There was a very special one that, once portaled there, turned out to be about a mile above the surface. It was called "Shimmering Spire" or "Shimmering Tower" or something along those lines. It was extra, extra high in the sky. I could imagine a 747 flying past it, but of course, that was just imagining.
What tower am I looking for; what's the highest floating tower in all of Dereth? --ENG 07:46, June 20, 2010 (UTC)
In terms of pure distance from sea level/highest Z-axis coordinate, I would guess the highest floating Advocate Spire is the one at the Humming Crystal, although it is not actually possible to enter.
The Floating Spire, accessible via the Lost Chamber in The Floating City, is fairly high as well. And I think there are a few on Caul that you can enter via special portal gem which are rather high.--An Adventurer 12:48, June 20, 2010 (UTC)
