Forum:Templates added for linking to page history
Two templates have been added that provide a nice looking link to a historical version of a wiki page, the first defaults to the history of the page it is used on, the second allows you to specify the page. The oldid parameter can be found in the URL of the version's page (by following the version's link under the History tab.
This also has the advantage of not having a hard link which would need to be updated if the wiki moves hosts.

Very useful and certainly beats listing pre-patch stats all the time for newly updated stuff. thanks! --Arkalor 00:55, 2 March 2012 (EST)
Why isn't the page name built into the template? --Immortalbob 04:07, 7 March 2012 (EST)
Could you give an example? For the first template I believe it is, unless you mean the link text as it appears on the page? --How often to wash makeup brushes? ,wholesale mac makeup ,,http://clarisonicmia2us.webs.com/#18392 10:32, 10 March 2012 (EST)
