- Used to be dropped by a High Tumerok found at Tumerok Fort north of the East Direlands Swamp.
- Unlocked the door to the room and chest containing the Heavy Tumerok Key inside the Cave (Ayan Baqur).
- Retired in A Perfect Paradox when the High Tumerok's key was replaced with the Augmented Tumerok's Key.
