Type refers to whether a spell is player castable ( ), player castable but retired ( ), player usable but only on items ( ), only used by creatures ( ), or unknown/not in game ( ).

Force Streak III	--	30.0	30	100	Sends a bolt of force streaking towards the target. The bolt does 20-40 points of piercing damage to the first thing it hits.
Force Streak IV	--	30.0	40	150	Sends a bolt of force streaking towards the target. The bolt does 24-48 points of piercing damage to the first thing it hits.
Force Streak V	--	30.0	50	200	Sends a bolt of force streaking towards the target. The bolt does 28-56 points of piercing damage to the first thing it hits.
Force Streak VI	--	30.0	60	250	Sends a bolt of force streaking towards the target. The bolt does 34-68 points of piercing damage to the first thing it hits.
Outlander's Insolence	--	30.0	70	300	Sends a bolt of force streaking towards the target. The bolt does 40-80 points of piercing damage to the first thing it hits.
Incantation of Force Streak	--	30.0	80	400	Sends a bolt of force streaking towards the target. The bolt does 45-90 points of piercing damage to the first thing it hits.
