Updates to Creature list

There are potentially creatures missing from the lists, and also potentially creatures that should not be present on the list.

For context:

  1. There are various direlands creatures that, on death, have a chance to the Direlands Champion of their creature type. E.g. a Banderling Aggressor has a chance on death to spawn a Dire Champion Banderling.
  2. Turbine created new copies of each creature that is capable of spawning a champion, rather than updating the existing copy. This was done so existing instances of creatures in static locaiton (i.e. dungeon spawns) could not be camped to spawn the champions.
  3. Turbine then updated the landscape generators, removing the old creatures and replacing them with the new copy.
  4. We have lists of weenies that exist in the same WCID range as the champions. Therefore, the block of new weenies around the champions should be the ones they created to spawn them.
