Can we have bigger packs?

| Question: | As the game gets more advanced and we have more items to carry, especially with the latest multiple school of magic melees, we are running out of pack space. It would be great to have special packs (maybe very expensive ones that require you to run to some way-far away POI) that had maybe 48 or 60 pack slots. Another idea would be to have more spaces for packs, maybe 10. Any comments? |

| Answer: | The number of separate items that characters haul around actually has a non-trivial effect on server performance. We can't really allow characters to carry significantly more items than they already can with a full suite of backpacks. Even if we added a pack with a slightly greater capacity - everyone would use it. Perhaps if it was quest flagged so that it was harder to get it'd be ok... it's up to the content team. :) |
