Hello Molly1990.

The issue is probably with the hotel's router. AC needs specific ports open and you then need to have your My Documents\Asheron's Call\userpreferences.ini file match those ports. Its probably not likely that you'll be given this information though. For more info check the Official Asheron's Call Forums > General Forums > Technical and Account Issues.
