Use to open a door (lockpick resistance 583) in the Sylsfear Dungeon that leads to the area with the Laboratory Supply Chest. To access the area of the Alfreth Dungeon where the Banderling Captain is found you need lockpick skill or Zalphoos' Key.
• 2nd version: Dropped by the Trusted Tusker in the Sylsfear Dungeon, in the Shadow/Undead area. Used to open the door that may lock behind you when you enter said area.
